Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Wherever these terms and your consumer guarantees appear to conflict, the law wins. We can’t contract out of it, and we don’t try to.
Buying from us
- PricesIn Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery within Australia is free. Duties on imported chairs are included — nothing extra is owed on arrival.
- OrdersYour order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when we confirm it and take payment. Occasionally we may decline an order — a pricing error, or a chair we can’t supply — and if we’ve charged you, we refund you in full.
- Made to orderChairs are built after you order, so production starts promptly. If you need to cancel, tell us fast — before it ships we can usually stop it; after that, our returns process applies.
- Delivery timesRoughly three weeks is typical, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Freight and customs can move. If timing is critical, tell us before ordering.
- SpecificationsWe describe our chairs as accurately as we can from our specification data. Minor variations in weight, dimensions or finish can occur. Anything that materially affects use is covered by your consumer guarantees.

Using the chairs and this site
- Intended useOur chairs are personal mobility devices for use within their stated limits — maximum user weight, terrain and conditions. Using a chair outside those limits can be unsafe and can affect your cover.
- Footpath and road rulesMotorised mobility devices are regulated differently across Australian states — speed capability, registration, where you can drive them. Following the rules where you live is your responsibility; we note the key ones on our product pages as a starting point.
- Airline informationOur flying guidance is prepared in good faith from current airline and dangerous-goods information, but policies change and only your airline can approve your battery. We supply documentation; we can’t guarantee an airline’s decision.
- Website contentThe text, images and design on this site are ours or licensed to us. You’re welcome to read, share and link to it; please don’t copy it wholesale for another business.
- LiabilityWe don’t exclude liability we can’t legally exclude. Subject to that, and to your consumer guarantees, our liability for a chair is limited to repairing or replacing it or refunding what you paid.
These terms are a plain-language draft and a placeholder for a complete terms-of-sale document to be finalised with legal review before launch, including our confirmed legal entity, ABN, governing-law jurisdiction, and full dispute-resolution provisions. Nothing here overrides the Australian Consumer Law or your statutory consumer guarantees. Last drafted July 2026.
