How this site is built.
We sell mobility equipment. A website you can’t use would be a poor advertisement for that.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this site. That’s the standard referenced by Australian government accessibility guidance, and it’s the floor rather than the ambition.
What we’ve done
- Text contrastBody text and interface elements meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their backgrounds.
- Keyboard navigationEvery link, button and form field can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator throughout.
- Skip linkA skip-to-content link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches on every page.
- Text sizeBody text starts at a larger size than most retail sites use, and scales when you zoom or change your browser’s text size.
- Reduced motionIf your device is set to reduce motion, animations are turned off.
- Touch targetsButtons and links are sized to be tapped comfortably rather than precisely.
- StructureHeadings are properly nested, tables have captions and header cells, and form fields have real labels rather than placeholder text.
- No essential carouselsNothing you need is hidden behind a moving element or a hover state.
If something doesn’t work
Tell us. Accessibility problems are bugs, and we’d rather hear about one than have someone give up on the page.
If you can, mention what you were trying to do, what page you were on, and what you use to browse — a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification, voice control. Any of that helps us reproduce it.
If you can’t use a part of this site and need information from it, contact us and we’ll give it to you another way. That includes reading out specifications, sending a plain-text quote, or taking an order over the phone.
This statement was last reviewed in July 2026. We test with keyboard navigation and automated checking tools, and we’re working toward regular testing with screen reader users. We’ll update this page as that changes rather than claim a level of testing we haven’t done.
