What we collect, and why.

Plain version at the top. The detail follows. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

We collect what we need to sell you a chair and support it — and nothing we don’t.

Your details are used to process your order, arrange delivery, prepare NDIS quotes, and help you if something goes wrong. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without you choosing that.

What we collect

Information and why we hold it
WhatWhy
Name and contact detailsTo process orders, arrange delivery and respond to enquiries.
Delivery addressTo ship your chair and calculate freight.
Payment detailsTo take payment. Card data is handled by our payment provider — we don’t store full card numbers ourselves.
NDIS and plan detailsOnly if you give them to us for a quote. Held only as long as needed to prepare and support that quote.
Therapist detailsOnly if you ask us to send a specification sheet to your OT.
Order and support historyTo honour warranties, supply the right parts and handle returns.
Website analyticsAggregate, non-identifying data about how the site is used, so we can improve it.

Your health information

If you share details related to your mobility needs — for an NDIS quote, an OT specification, or to help you choose a chair — that’s sensitive information under Australian privacy law, and we treat it with more care than ordinary contact details.

We collect it only with your consent, use it only for the purpose you gave it to us for, and don’t disclose it to anyone except where you’ve asked us to, such as sending a specification to your named therapist. You can ask us to delete it once your quote or order is complete.

Your choices

  • AccessYou can ask what personal information we hold about you, and we’ll provide it.
  • CorrectionIf something we hold is wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it.
  • DeletionYou can ask us to delete your information where we’re not legally required to keep it — tax and warranty records, for instance, we have to retain for a set period.
  • MarketingWe only email you marketing if you opt in, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe. Order and support emails aren’t marketing and will still reach you.
  • ComplaintsIf you think we’ve mishandled your information, tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This is a plain-language summary of our approach, drafted to reflect the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. A complete privacy policy, with our confirmed legal entity, contact details for privacy requests, data-retention periods, third-party processors and international-transfer disclosures, will be finalised with legal review before launch. This page is not yet that final document. Last drafted July 2026.
