Who it’s for

Most heavy-duty powerchairs stop folding. This one doesn’t. At 220 kg it carries more than any chair in the range and more than the heavy-duty chairs it competes with, while still coming down to one piece you can put in a car.

At 18.5 kg it is the heaviest carbon chair we sell, which is the honest cost of the capacity. It also has the longest range in the range at 22–27 km, and the widest seat at 50 cm.

Airline-ready, out of the box

This chair’s battery is 250 Wh standard — under the 300 Wh limit — the limit Australian carriers apply to mobility aids. The paperwork proving it ships with the chair.

Larger battery packs are available for this chair to extend range. Packs above roughly 12.5 Ah exceed the 300 Wh airline ceiling and cannot be taken on a plane. If you fly, order the standard pack.

Airline approval is required for any battery over 100 Wh. Notify your airline around 48 hours before departure. Carriers permit one spare up to 300 Wh or two up to 160 Wh, carried in the cabin with the terminals protected. Policies differ — check with your airline.
