Everything on this page is honest about how it arrives. Some things travel in the chair’s own carton. Some need no shipping at all. The rest come from other suppliers and ship separately — and we say so, rather than surprise you.
In the carton with your chair
Packed beside the chair at our factory before it leaves. Order them with the chair and nothing arrives separately.
Spare battery
A second pack roughly doubles your range, and flies with you as a cabin spare — every standard pack in the range sits under the 300 Wh limit Australian carriers apply. Priced per model.

Ships separately
Travel bags, seat cushions, cup and cane holders, rain covers and folding ramps come from Australian suppliers rather than our factory — so in this phase they arrive as their own parcel, sometimes on a different day. We’ll always say so at checkout.
- Travel and storage bagsDay-to-day protection in a car boot or a cupboard. Not flight armour — a folded chair is handled as a mobility aid, and transit damage is covered by warranty rather than a bag.
- Seat cushionsGel and foam options. Worth discussing with your occupational therapist if pressure care matters to you.
- Holders, belts and rampsCup, phone and cane holders; lap belts; folding ramps for a step at home. Ask and we’ll quote what’s current.
